After unsuspending sites sometimes the /dev/ directory in the virtual sites directory is missing.

The /dev/ directory can normally be recreated by suspending and then unsuspending the site.

DisableVirtDomain <domainname>
EnableVirtDomain <domainname>

Mail delivery should now continue.
